Three steps to a better meeting
Pick a pack, get a card
Satirical phrase packs for meetings, video calls, all-hands and more — or paste your own list. Every card is randomized and printable.
Mark squares as they happen
Someone says "let's circle back"? Stamp it. First to a full row, column or diagonal wins. Fill the whole card and you have officially survived the meeting.
Print cards or share a link
Print distinct cards for the room, or copy one link so everyone in the video call plays the exact same card. Brag responsibly.
Running it live
- Same card for everyone: hit "Copy share link" — everyone who opens it gets an identical card, so the first BINGO is fair.
- Different cards: everyone mashes "New card" instead — more chaos, fair enough.
- Appoint a caller: print the call sheet, hand it to the one person who actually reads the agenda.
- Punch up, not down: the squares roast the jargon, never the people. That's the whole etiquette section.

The game
Corporate Bingo is a free party game provided “as is”. It works in your browser, requires no account, and costs nothing. It comes with no warranty of any kind: no guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free — or that your meeting will be improved (statistically it will be, but we can’t prove it). We may change or discontinue any part of it at any time.
What you may do
- Generate, print and share cards for your meetings, calls, offsites and events — including internal business use at your company.
- Play it on video calls and share card links with your team.
- Use Your list to put your own phrases on the cards.
What you may not do
- Resell the cards, the packs or the generator, or rebrand them as your own product.
- Use the content to harass, bully or mock specific, identifiable people. The jokes target jargon, formats and meetings — never humans. “Punch up, not down” is part of the product.
- Present the site’s content as your own or misrepresent any affiliation with us.
Your content
Phrases you enter in Your list are yours. They stay in your browser and in links you choose to share; we never receive them. You are responsible for what you put on your own cards and for where you share them.
Trademarks and affiliation
“Corporate Bingo™” is a party-game name, and the ™ is ironic. This site is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any corporation, platform or comic strip. Product and platform names that appear in the packs (video-call tools, spreadsheets, slide decks and so on) belong to their respective owners and are referenced only to describe the real-life situations the game is played in.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors of Corporate Bingo are not liable for any damages arising from the use of — or inability to use — the site, including any consequences of someone finally shouting “BINGO!” during the quarterly review.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use printed cards in a paid workshop or team event?
Yes. Printing cards for any real meeting, training, workshop or event you run — including paid ones — is exactly what the bulk printer is for. What’s not allowed is reselling the generator or the card packs themselves as if they were your product.
Is this affiliated with Zoom, Teams or LinkedIn?
No. Corporate Bingo is an independent, unaffiliated party game. Platform names appear in the card packs only to describe the places where the jargon actually happens.
Can I put these cards on my own website?
Please link to the site instead of copying it. The packs and the generator are the project’s actual content; sharing links, printing cards and playing are all fine.
Can we get in trouble for playing this at work?
That is between you and your HR department, and honestly it is part of the fun. The content is satire aimed at jargon, not at people — but you know your meeting better than we do.
